I see no reason why you would not be able to use the Starter Solenoid - SPST - 12 Volt - 100 Amp - Continuous Duty # PK5230701 in your 2001 Jayco Eagle Mini Motorhome. We have no way of knowing what solenoid you currently have, but this solenoid should be just fine.

LaSalle Bristol XTRM Butyl Tape # 344270341410-1 will stick to ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPMD) roof material as well as to Eternabond tape. I confirmed compatibility with the technical team at Lasalle Bristol. The butyl material remains flexible and its adhesion to the surface it is applied to will actually get stronger over time. view full answer...
Thanks for all that detailed info, and Atwood is out of business which is why you can't find the exact replacement. We do have an option for you, that will bolt on, with the caveat being you will likely have to use shims. The drums you have currently can certainly be used with electric trailer brake assemblies. The key is picking out the correct size that you need as a replacement. If you take off the drums and measure the inside diameter and find that it's 7 inches this kit part # AKEBRK-2 will fit and work well. This is a common size for pop up trailer so this is most likely what you'd need. To wire up the assemblies you'll want 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot).

I would be happy to help you identify the correct replacement brake assemblies for your 2000 Jayco Eagle 14SO, but unfortunately we do not have a break down of the specific components your trailer uses.
What you will need to do is remove one of the hub and drum assemblies from your trailer and measure the inside diameter of the drum, and the inside depth of the drum as shown in the included diagram.
For example if your drum measures 10" x 2-1/4" then the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer... view full answer...
